At Riverbend Education Solutions, LLC our mission is to guide and educate students and families successfully through the college admissions process. Our focus is to make the experience during the college search and admissions process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. We assist you in making an informed decision about where and how to apply to schools. 
We thoroughly research and determine your focus by completing surveys and narrowing the options based on your strengths, skills, talents, and interests to help you find the institution that is the best fit for your goals. We work one-on-one with students and their families to meet their unique needs by organizing the application schedule and financial aid process with the ultimate goal of finding the ideal school. Sometimes when asked, “What kind of students do you work with?” the answer is we do not “specialize” in one type of student. We work with students of all academic profiles, extracurricular activities, and personal interests. This makes us better at what we do because each student’s perspective adds to our own professional experience. Student records of their achievements, challenges, and experiences are already grounded by the time we meet, so we are here to guide them in identifying and refining their goals.

About Abigail

Abigail G. Whited of Cincinnati, Ohio was an educator for 13 years, received her undergraduate degree from Miami University (Ohio), her graduate degree at the University of Denver, and completed her IEC certificate at the University of California-Irvine. Ms. Whited taught a variety of social science courses, and was a program coordinator for the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) at Thornton High School in Thornton, CO. As an educator, she saw a need for students to receive equitable access while navigating through the college search, admissions, and financial aid process.

Abigail recognizes that a typical family often doesn’t know where to begin or maybe feels that higher education is out of reach for their children. Riverbend Education Solutions is making a difference, and goals and dreams are becoming a reality based on Abigail’s leadership, progressive strategic approach to college admissions methods and procedures. She follows Principles of Good Practice as outlined by the Independent Education Consultants Association (IECA) to ensure high quality and ethical work. 
Abigail works together with your students to isolate the 15 factors for finding the ideal school including geography, co-ed, religious, and academic emphasis, including liberal arts and research to discover the best institutions for you. Abby is a proud associate member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA) and a member of the Ohio Association for College Admissions Counselors (OACAC). Abigail lives in Anderson Township, Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband, two boys, and daughter dog. Her other gig is as a yoga instructor. That is how she stays calm and levelheaded not only for herself but also for her clients. Namaste.
